For obtaining permissions for the E-Conference Visa process from the Ministry in India, we need to have the following information from all international delegates and faculty:
Letter of Invitation from the Conference Organizer
Ministry of External Affairs Permission
Ministry of Home Affairs Permission
Kindly apply for E-Conference Visa only once all three above documents are available. These documents will be available in your respective website login around 1 month prior to conference dates.
